Subprocessors
The public demo uses generated data. A provider marked “planned” does not receive real caller data until it is approved for a customer pilot.
Active for the public demo
- Render — website and application hosting.
- Neon — PostgreSQL database for generated demo and staging data.
- Alibaba Mail — business, privacy, and support email.
- GitHub — private source hosting and automated tests; caller data and production secrets are not stored in the repository.
Planned for a real pilot
- Telnyx — voice, phone numbers, and transactional SMS; pending account approval and live testing.
- OpenAI — optional language processing using minimized fields; not enabled until model, pricing, retention, and customer disclosure are approved.
- Calendar provider — optional; not selected. Protected calendar-file export is used until a customer authorizes an integration.
- Alerting and payments — not selected; no automatic pilot billing is enabled.
Data-minimization rule
Only the fields required for an enabled function may be sent to a provider. Credentials, authorization headers, unrelated message history, and unnecessary caller identifiers must not be included. Provider changes are reviewed before real traffic is enabled.
